Amanda Shardé Nabors Is a Portland native, who relocated to Seattle in early 2016. Half a decade of work in the non-profit sector, led her to Social Justice Fund to work for an organization who not only talks the talk, but walks the walk. As a writer and a mother of two, she has worked in the community to bring change, especially in the public school sector. She hosts community discussion on race and social justice as well as volunteering at her daughter’s school, teaching the diverse student body about Black culture.
