Our long-time Development Director, Estevan Muñoz Howard, will be leaving Social Justice Fund and joining the staff at ArtsCorp. Development Director: Position Summary
Social Justice Fund’s Giving Project model has helped us grow from 300 to 1,800 donors in 3 years. We are seeking a Development Director to help us strengthen our fundraising infrastructure to sustain this larger base and set us up for further growth. We have a strong culture of fundraising and every one of our current staff of 10 contributes to building our donor base. The Development Director works in our Seattle office, reports to the Executive Director and supervises the Communications and Membership Manager.

The Development Director leads the process of developing and coordinating a comprehensive fundraising and outreach strategy. This includes individual donors, (limited) foundation fundraising, and events. Major donor fundraising is a primary focus. We have a collaborative work environment—this role will provide many opportunities to contribute to program work and shape our strategic direction.
