Those of you that have had the opportunity to work directly with the Social Justice Fund staff know how impressive they are. We've made a few changes that will strengthen the team as we prepare for 2015.
We've made two promotions:
First, Kylie Gursky has taken on the role of Development Director. Her experience facilitating Giving Projects adds alignment across our departments and gives her the ability to speak directly about the impact of our programs.
Second, Mijo Lee will take on the Associate Director role at the beginning of the year. Mijo's work as Program Director has been instrumental in building our Giving Project program, and this new role will allow her to expand her leadership as we continue to grow and evolve.

The Program Director is a full-time, exempt employee and reports to the Executive Director. The Program Director is responsible for leading, coordinating, implementing and evaluating all aspects of Social Justice Fund’s programs, including our Giving Projects and all of our grantmaking.

The Program Director supervises all Program staff and works closely with the Development Director and Oregon Director. Social Justice Fund’s entire staff works together as a team, participating in planning, fundraising, and relationship building.
Anticipated salary range is $55,000-60,000, DOE. A full benefits package is available, including 100% employer paid health and dental insurance, vacation, and sick leave.
