HR & Work Culture Community Manager

Seattle-based | hybrid work schedule that at times will require in-person office meetings | $60-70,000 DOE

This temporary position will fill an important role in our organization. This is a 1-year position with the potential to extend beyond December 2023 upon annual review. The HR & Work Culture Community Manager will work in conjunction with the Finance/Operations and Executive Directors to lead SJF’s operations and human resources related processes, strategies and internal work culture for the purpose of supporting SJF staff through:

  • facilitating work culture professional development and trainings
  • facilitating mediation/conflict resolution with an anti-oppressive, racially equitable, and trauma informed lens
  • supporting the Executive Director as a Board liaison
  • centering a Black liberation lens that is reflective of SJF’s goal towards collective liberation
