HR and Work Culture Community Manager
The HR & Work Culture Community Manager will work in conjunction with the Finance/Operations and Executive Directors to lead SJF’s operations and human resources related processes, strategies and internal work culture

Social Justice Fund NW is a foundation working at the frontlines of social change. We leverage the resources of our members to foster significant, long-term change for social justice throughout Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. We guide our decision making and policy development with the same grassroots organizing principles we use to evaluate our grantees. To live up to these principles it’s critical that our staff reflect the communities we serve and that, in turn, staff have what they need to be fully resourced in their positions and professional lives.

SJF staff are currently working from home, with access to our offices in Seattle and Portland available with strong COVID-safety measures in place. We will continue to assess the safety of in-person gatherings with our staff and community; staff are currently not required to attend any in-person events.
