Social Justice Fund is excited to invite all of our Black (African American, African Immigrant, etc.) community members to join us for our Black August Community Kickback event on Saturday, August 19th at the Y-WE Office from 3:00-6:00 PM. This event is intended to center Black joy through delicious food, good music, and lively discussions.

We’ll have a brief program with speakers from SJF and from partner organizations before open social time together as a community. Come prepared to eat, laugh, and connect!

PLEASE NOTE: This event is curated for folks who identify as Black, African American, African Immigrant, etc. If you do not identify as Black or Afro-American, we ask that you respect this space and attend some of our other general community events which you can learn about on our website.
